The Outdoor Dining Experience of the SummerSupper in the Field 

Enjoy a unique outdoor dining experience overlooking Clear Lake in Riding Mountain National Park. An innovative menu presents the
chefs’ interpretations of original homecoming favourites with kielbasa, devilled eggs, salads with wheat, blue and sweet potatoes, Cavena Nuda followed by buckwheat cabbage rolls, tourtière, bison meatballs in wild mushroom cream gravy, bannock, grilled chicken with birch and maple syrup, then wild rice pudding with strawberry compote, fresh fruit pies, chocolates, all accompanied by espresso, cappuccino, Banrock Station wines and Half-Pints beer.

5:30 pm - Appetizers
6:00 pm - Dinner prepared by Chefs Tim Taylor, Ilse Mohn, Geoff Mackay, Rob Hume, Ladies of the Fort catering, Pastry Chef Anna Mandziuk and Chocolatier Constance Popp

8:30 pm - Bus departs event
11:30 pm - Bus arrives at Organza Market


Banrock Station wines and Half-Pints on tap available.

Great food!As well, new young fiddler, Christopher Pinette will entertain.

Package price is $95 + tax per person which includes an event ticket, transportation from Winnipeg by bus and libations for the road.
